Always know your patient's status - We tightly coordinate patient care and communication, so you will always know the status of your patient. A full-time cardiovascular nurse coordinator serves as liaison for
the patient, family, staff, and physicians.
Convenience for the patient and family - Continued care after surgery from Intensive Care to Progressive Care Unit and Cardiac Rehab program.
